The Platform provides leadership assessments, organizational diagnostic tools, executive development resources, educational content, digital products, workshops, and AI-assisted reports designed to support leadership reflection and organizational improvement.
Our services are intended for educational, professional development, and organizational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform, including but not limited to assessments, reports, methodologies, frameworks, software, graphics, text, videos, training materials, and digital products, is owned by or licensed to MyelSyn Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, without limitation: Narrative Business Practice™; Narrative Leadership Assessment™; Organizational Diagnostic and Leadership Reflection Tool™; Narrative Alignment Review™; Healing the Corporate Soul™; and all associated assessment methodologies, scoring models, reports, prompts, and proprietary frameworks.
No portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: copy or redistribute assessment materials or reports; reverse engineer or attempt to discover the Platform's methodologies or scoring systems; upload malicious software or interfere with Platform security; use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; misrepresent your identity or impersonate another individual; or use Platform content to train artificial intelligence models without our written consent.
6. Assessment Disclaimer
The assessments and reports provided through this Platform are designed to support leadership reflection, organizational development, and professional learning.
They are not intended to diagnose medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health conditions and should not be considered legal, financial, employment, or professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on assessment results.
7. AI-Assisted Reports
Certain reports may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions. Users should exercise independent judgment when interpreting reports.
8. Payments
Certain services, assessments, subscriptions, coaching programs, workshops, or digital products may require payment. All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy, all payments for digital services are non-refundable. Upon purchasing, you receive immediate access to the service, and you acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal. For subscription services, cancellations apply to the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyelSyn Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any assessment, report, or educational content.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the applicable service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ends, although provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
