MyelSyn Consulting collects only the information needed to operate the platform: account details you provide, assessment answers you submit, and records of purchases and bookings. Data is stored in a managed database with row-level security so that each account can only access its own records. We do not sell personal data. Payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing hello@myelsyn.com. Aggregate, de-identified assessment data may be retained for benchmarking.
